Yes — large indoor services such as bridal hair, makeup and multi-step color design are booked with a small deposit that reserves your date and your stylist's time. The deposit is applied to your final total, and the amount is quoted clearly at your consultation.

Why should I arrive 10–15 minutes early for a new hair design?

A new hair design deserves a proper consultation. Those minutes let us review your inspiration photos, your hair's history and your maintenance expectations, and plan the design before any work begins — which is how the best results start.

What color line do you use?

We color with Joico professional color and hold Joico certification. Our stylists have worked with the system for decades, so we can predict tone, protect the hair during lightening and keep your color true between visits.

Yes. Extension fittings start with a consultation where we match tone and texture to your natural hair, discuss length and volume goals, and agree the method and full price before installation is scheduled.

What are your hours?

We're open Tuesday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We're closed Sunday and Monday so our team can rest and train. Walk-ins are welcome when chairs allow, but appointments are recommended — especially for color and extensions.

What if I'm not happy with my color?

Full satisfaction with your hair coloring design before you leave is our guarantee. We don't call an appointment finished until you approve the result in the mirror — and if something needs adjusting, we fix it in the chair, together.
